Any course you select is valid for 1 year (365 days). You will have 24/7/365 access to the course and its content.

This includes course certificate, any new content, updates, free downloads, videos, or reading materials included in the course.

Due to some sensitive content that may be discussed in some modules, we do not recommend the UFO and alien courses for children under the age of 16.

Our main courses offer CPD Certificates, (Continued Educational Development) also known as Continuing Education (CE), while our fast track Nano courses do not come with exams or certificates.

Certificates are issued from our CPD provider and are included as proof of participation in our course(s).

To be eligible for a Certificate you need to:

- Be a subscribed or paid learner.
- Complete 90% of each course steps.
- Attempt every assessment question (when and if applicable).
- Achieve an overall score of at least 70% on each assessment.
- Achieve at least 80% on the final exam.

Printed Certificate

Once you have completed the final exam, and passed the final grade, contact us to process your certificate. We send the request to the provider (at present we have to do this manually). The processing is approximately two weeks. Thereafter, you can print or download your accredited Certificate.

Yes, CPD/CE is recognised as accreditation internationally, therefore your accomplishments will be noticed by prospective employers. If you are wanting to complete a CPD/CE training course, your certificate of learning can be verified.

In England, Wales and Northern Ireland, there are eight levels of study, and in an academic sense, a level of study reflects the depth of knowledge taught at each stage, as well as the quality of student output expected. The level structure is comparable to the different stages of the education system, and can be broken down as such:

Level 1 – G.C.S.E level (grades D-G, or 3-1)

Level 2 – G.C.S.E level (grades A*-C, or 9-4)

Level 3 – AS and A level

Level 4 – The first year of an undergraduate Degree

Level 5 – The second year of an undergraduate Degree

Level 6 – The third year of an undergraduate Degree

Level 7 – A Master’s Degree

Level 8 – A Doctorate or PhD

You can access your digital certificate within your login account using under the course title you completed, in your achievements:

You will need to navigate to the following page on your site:

- Sign in
- Click your name on the top right
- In the dropdown menu, click My Account
- Click Certificates
- Click View

On this screen, you can view the certificate, copy the link so that you can Share your Serpo Certificate, or download the certificate as a PDF.

You will need to meet the eligibility criteria for receiving a certificate (see "How do I get a certificate?", for more details).

Yes! You can get a refund, or help to exchange your course with another course of your choice. Cancellation are provided on the condition:

1. The cancellation is made within a 14-days cool-off period from the date of enrollment AND...

2. The cancellation is made WITHIN the FIRST module/chapter (Module 1), and has not progressed beyond the Module 1 Assessment.

3. If the progress to Module 2, Section 1 is activated, whether completed or not, cancellation cannot be provided, even if it falls within the 14-days.
